Our deadlines are strictly enforced. We do our best to manage your requests in a timely manner. Once you receive the 'Submission Requirements' email, it is your responsibility to provide us with the materials before the cut off dates.
15th of the month is the absolute cut off for submissions & payments.
Accepted File Types
We only accept .png or .jpeg files in the form submission field.
Artwork Specifications
Your Artwork must be as close to a 1:1 ratio (square) as possible.

1 : All Ad Submissions Must Be Prepaid.
To secure your spot in the newsletter, full payment must be made before the 15th of the month to publish your ad. Failure to do so will result in your submission being disregarded and you can re-apply next month.
2 : Submission Deadlines Are Strictly Enforced.
Ads must be submitted by the 15th of the month. Late submissions will be disregarded.
3 : No Refunds
Due to limited space and scheduling, we cannot offer refunds once your feature has been confirmed and paid. Your ad can instead be rescheduled for the following month.
4 : Content May Be Edited For Formatting
We reserve the right to make minor edits to your submitted text or images to fit the layout and maintain a consistent newsletter design.
5 : Promotions Must Be Relevant
This platform is strictly for businesses operating in or serving the local Midstream community. We reserve the right to discern the relevance of your ads.
6 : One Business Ad Per Slot
Each purchased slot may feature only one business name and one promotion per issue. Multiple slots must be purchased for multiple businesses.
7 : We Do Not Guarantee Sales or Leads
While we aim to maximize visibility, results may vary depending on the offer and audience interest.
